Oregon Ridge Park - Nature Center We will meet near the front door of the Nature Center. Please note that the Nature Center is located a short walk up the rest of the driveway, at the top of the hill. GPS Coordinates: 39.493849, -76.690532 Physical Address: 13599 Kurtz Ln., Cockeysville, MD 21030 Driving Directions: From Baltimore Beltway (695): Take I-695 toward Towson. Take I-83 North (Exit 24). Continue North to Exit 20-B (Shawan Rd. West). At first light make a left. (Beaver Dam Rd.). Make an immediate right (between the red shed and the Oregon Grill). Go across bridge. Fork right (following ONE WAY signs). You will see the Beach Building on left. Continue to the paved parking for Nature Center. The Nature Center is located a short walk up the rest of the driveway, at the top of the hill. We meet at the Nature Center. From Points North: Take 83 South to Exit 20B (Shawan Road West). At first light make a left. (Beaver Dam Rd.). Make an immediate right (between the red shed and the Oregon Grill). Go across bridge. Fork right (following ONE WAY signs). You will see the Beach Building on left. Continue to the paved parking for Nature Center. The Nature Center is located a short walk up the rest of the driveway, at the top of the hill. We meet at the Nature Center. Public Transportation: There is no public transportation to, or in, Oregon Ridge Park. NOTE: Please remember to take the leader(s) number(s) with you but please respect the fact that we are all volunteers and there is often no cell coverage at trailheads and varies according to service provider. If you call very close to hike time, please understand that we are very busy with pre-hike preparations for ourselves in addition to group sign in, pre-hike briefing, and then leading the hike. It is also very difficult to provide instructions to someone while following them too, hence providing very detailed directions on this separate page. Leaders are advised to not answer phones once a hike is started so we don't miss a turn on the trail due to the distraction of a call. Thank you for your understanding and see you there!
